Are you yearning for strong, supportive community with people who inspire and uplift you? People who have your back and whose hearts feel like home?

How can you find the right people and weave resilient bonds?

This two-hour on-demand workshop will guide you through the first steps of forming your own “pod”—a close-knit group built on shared values, trust, and mutual growth. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining an existing group, this session will introduce practical advice and exercises to help you begin the process with clarity and confidence.

  • Who is this for? Anyone wanting to form a solid friend group, pod, squad, family of choice, ride-or-dies, your village, whatever you want to call it or however it looks - your people! It can be hard to make friends as adults.

  • Clarifying Your Vision – What is a pod, and why form one?

  • Identifying Your Core Group – How to choose and invite the right people for you.

  • Understanding Group Chemistry & Alignment – Key factors for a thriving pod.

  • Defining Group Purpose & Values – Laying the foundation for a strong community.

  • Exploring Communication & Meeting Norms – Early agreements for effective collaboration.

Nourish deep, sustainable, interconnected friendships.

Through guided discussions and exercises, you’ll leave with a starter plan for assembling your pod and a roadmap for next steps.
